With a number of gamers already managing to get their hands on Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, at least one gamer has already completed the campaign and uploaded his game results screen online.

However, the “total play time” posted on it was 5.5 hours. After the screenshot started receiving much attention for the past 24 hours or so, fans are starting to believe that it would only take such amount of time to finish Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

But game producer Atsushi Inaba stated otherwise. According to a series to Twitter posts, Inaba pointed out that the cut-scenes were not included in the total play time. Each chapter only accounts a gamer’s fastest time as well. In relation to this, the game producer noted that he’s disappointed about people who are using a single screen in the game “to try and create negative buzz.”

GamesTM, on the other hand, posted a review about Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, saying that it will take 6 to 8 hours to finish it—excluding the VR missions.
