Porsche introduced their 911-based GT3, which has 475 hp and costs $131,350. It is considered a big car with its Carrera 4-width hips, while its rear wing is all bigness without being over-styled.
It appears that the automaker took the latest 911’s bigness, and then made some alterations in order to downplay how hefty it looks on big wheels. As Davey Johnson of Autoweek puts it, “it’s the best 911 of the 911 line so far.”
The Porsche GT3 Cup Model
The GT3 Cup, on the other hand, features center-lock wheels. This means that owners will need to visit their dealers for wheel changes. In addition, it is now only available with the automaker’s Doppelkupplungsgetriebe dual-clutch manual.
Porsche claims that in search of the real ultimate speed, the twin-clutch trans is the key. Nevertheless, the 911 GT3 and GT3 Cup are a marvelous unit.
