If you’ve ever been in a long-distance relationship, then you know that it can be extremely difficult sometimes.

Besides not having your significant other right there beside you, you’re also missing out on all the “fun” that most couples have whenever they want to. But, Durex may have just made that a thing of the past.

The Australian division of the condom company have just come out with a product dubbed “Fundawear,” which are undergarments that have tiny vibrating motors sewn into said undergarments. Long-distant lovers can then set off the motors by using a smartphone app. The intensity of the vibrations are determined by the movement of a person’s finger on their smartphone screen.

As of now, the project is in an experimental stage. However, the company is looking for test subjects. If you would like to be one of these test subjects for “Fundawear” head on over to Durex’s Facebook page.

It’s way too early to tell how effective this product actually is. And while it sounds intriguing for people in a long distant relationship, this is just one more step closer to never having physical contact with another person again.

So, what do you all think? Would you try out a pair of “Fundawear”? Or, do you think that it’s very bad idea because it will further alienate people?
