The 2014 Nissan Maxima is finally on sale since last week. It costs $31,810, including destination charge. There’s also the upgraded SV model that comes in at $34,900.
Under the hood of the base model is a 3.5-liter V6 engine. It also features 290 horsepower and 261 lb-ft of torque, which gives the automaker’s flagship unit enough power to make it as fast as a jet ski with zero time spent shifting.
In addition, the 3.5 S model boasts a limited-edition package, which includes Xenon headlights, rearview mirror compass, 18-inch aluminum-alloy Dark Hyper silver wheels, rear spoiler, fog lights, and outside mirrors with integrated turn signals and metallic trim treatment. The limited-edition package is available for $750.
The SV version, on the other hand, has Xenon headlights, RearView Monitor, USB connectivity, and 7-inch color monitor satellite radio (subscription sold separately). Other features include premium audio system, hard-drive navigation, as well as weather and voice recognition.
Nissan’s 2014 Maxima is offered in two colors: The Gun Metallic and Midnight Garnet.
