Bentley Motors released two new versions of the Continental GT V8 recently, the GT V8 S and GTC V8 S. The company even rolled out photos and details of their new models just a week before its public debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show.

Meet the Bentley Continental GT V8 S

Engineers at Bentley Motors were able to squeeze out a bit more power from V8 engine’s 4.0-liter twin-turbo, boosting the V8 S’s horsepower from 500 to 521. This will enable the car to make a 60 mph sprint in just 4.3 seconds. It can even go 500 miles between fill ups. Despite retaining the fuel economy figures, the V8 S’ engine can now produce 502-lb ft of torque.

The new model also comes in with a few tweaks such as lowered suspension by 0.39 inches, front and back stiffer springs, and adjusted steering response. Together with the Continuous Damping Control, the automaker guarantees that the Continental GT V8 S will offer a sportier ride without sacrificing too much comfort.

What sets the car apart in terms of exterior design is its unique lower-body styling. It also has revised side sills, rear diffuser, front splitter, and blacked out radiator grille. Aside from that, the new model comes in with unique 20-inch wheels and “V8 S” badge on the front fenders.

Bentley Motors is yet to announce the pricing for the GT V8 S, but the car is expected for an early 2014 delivery. The 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show will be on September 10-22.
