It was reported that the biggest video game distributor in Australia, EB Games, accidentally shipped a copy of Pokemon X and Y for Nintendo 3DS to some who ordered the title online. In fact, one user posted a photo of his copy on the company’s Facebook Page.

On the other hand, the game distributor is denying any wrong doings. As it turns out, any store or organization that will sell a copy of the game earlier than its supposed release date is usually fined.  It may also be unable to sell products from the game’s respective vendor for a period of time.

Nevertheless, this news caused a massive outcry from fans and gamers who were waiting for Pokemon X and Y to hit the stores.
