Don’t Ever Call HER Fatty To Her Face

While sticks and stones may break your bones but words will never hurt you, is the way the old childhood ditty goes, sometimes saying the wrong thing can hurt you! Case in point; Anna Godfrey, a woman who bit off a chink of a man’s right ear because he called her “fat” and she didn’t like it!

The 24-year old man, Christian Bandiola, was attending a birthday party in Lincoln, Nebraska, when during an argument he called Miss Godfrey fat. The 21-year-old woman tackled the man and took a bite out of his ear!

Bandiola went to the local emergency room while police searched in vain for the missing chunk of ear. One witness called the incident a “Tyson”, referring to Mike Tyson’s actions back in 1997 when during a boxing match, he bit off a portion of Evander Holyfield’s ear.

Police traveled to the emergency room to interview the unfortunate Bandiola and he identified Godfrey as his unlikely assailant. The lost portion of the skin and cartilage of his ear measured one half by three-quarters of an inch and will require plastic surgery to repair.

Godfrey was arrested for suspicion of felonious assault and thrown in jail. It is not known if she has an attorney as no name is indicated on the case records.

Perhaps one will be assigned to her. If so, he or she better watch his or her step.

Calling her something other than Ms Godfrey could have serious repercussions! Certainly calling her fat was a cruel thing to do, but to bite off someone’s ear for revenge?

  1. While I don't agree with what she did, at least he's learned there are repercussions to name-calling!
