Named as “The Most Beautiful Girl in the World” by Rolling Stone magazine in 2000, no wonder why Gisele Bundchen is the most famous face in modeling industry. Gisele Bundchen is a Brazilian model born on July 20, 1980 in Brazilian town of Tres de Maio. She is German-Brazilian heritage. Gisele speaks Portuguese as her native language but also speaks Spanish and English. She has a fraternal twin sister named Patricia.

It was in 1994 when Gisele was discovered by a modeling agency in a Brazilian fashion mall. She was 14 at that time. Few years after that, Gisele became the face of famous magazines such as Rolling Stone, Time, Forbes, Newsweek and top fashion magazines including Vogue, W, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, i-D, The Face and many more.

Gisele has worked with top fashion advertising campaigns such as Christian Dior, Balenciaga, Dolce & Gabbana, Missoni, Versace, Bvlgari, Lanvin, Ralph Lauren, Zara, Louis Vuitton and Victoria’s Secret. She was considered as the highest-paid model in the world by Forbes magazine. She is named by Guinness Book of Records as “the world’s richest supermodel”. She appeared in more than 7,000 magazine covers around the world.

Gisele has her own line of shoes called “Ipanema Gisele Bundchen”. She has done fundraising campaigns for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which specializes in cancer treatment; help raise money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina; and donated US$1,500,000 for the victims of 2010 Haiti Earthquake.

She had a relationship with actor Leonardo DiCaprio and professional surfer Kelly Slater. After the broken relationships, she met Tom Brady in 2006. The two got married in 2009 and became the parents of a boy, Benjamin on December 9, 2009.
