So You Think You Can Handle Cat Deeley?

A successful TV personality, Cat Deeley is a British disc jockey, a television presenter and a former supermodel. At 21 years of age, she co-hosted the children’s series SMTV Live with Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. From 2004 to 2006, she hosted Stars in their Eyes, and later in 2006, hosts So You Think You Can Dance.

Deeley was born in Sutton Coldfield West Midlands on October 23, 1976. She enrolled in Grove Vale Infant School in Great Barr, Birmingham, followed by Dartmouth High School in Walsall, where she is a member of the Sandwell Youth Concert Band playing a clarinet. She then plugged into the sixth form at Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School. At 18, Deeley became a fashion model and in January and February 2010, Deeley hosted So You Think You Can Dance in UK.

Deeley has been joining and assisting the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) since 2008. She has seen and visited UNICEF projects in the Philippines and Brazil and in December 2009, she was made a UNICEF UK ambassador.
