Fans of Gangnam Style are in for some good news, especially if they are also big fans of Just Dance, as Psy’s phenomenal single will become available to the game as a downloadable content.
Just Dance 4 is Ubisoft’s latest installment for the world’s most popular dancing video game franchise. It was released last October 9 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, while a Wii U version will be rolled out on November 18. In relation to this, Gangnam Style will mark that latest DLC track for the said title.
This news comes in as a no-brainer, since the song already garnered over 480 million views on YouTube since its debut. It became so popular and viral that it became part of the video-sharing site’s top ten most-viewed clips.
It has also become a worldwide hit with politicians, athletes, and celebrities who joined in and danced along to the iconic dance moves. As stated by the game developer’s EMEA Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Geoffrey Sardin:
We’re dedicated to bringing Just Dance fans access to the music and musicians they love. Our fans were really vocal about wanting Gangnam Style in Just Dance 4 and we listened. This marks the first of many hot upcoming DLC tracks for Just Dance 4.
Aside from Psy’s Gangnam Style, also included on Just Dance 4’s playlist are Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes’ The Time of My Life, Flo Rida’s Good Feeling, Nelly Furtado’s Maneater, and Pink’s So What.
Moreover, the game’s Wii U version will include the following exclusive tracks:
- Domino by Jessie J
- Want U Back by Cher Lloyd featuring Astro
- Ain’t No Other Man by The Girly Team
Gamers can check out IGN for the list of complete tracks for Just Dance 4.
Pricing and Availability
Gangnam Style will be available to all motion sensor platforms this month, although download details and pricing are yet to be announced. However, it was reported that it will cost the same as the previous Just Dance DLCs.
Gangnam Style on Dance Central 3

It will also be available for Xbox 360, Microsoft Kinect, Wii, Wii U, and PlayStation Move. However, there is no word yet about its pricing and release date.
Meanwhile, players of Just Dance 4 and Dance Central 3 could expect more awesome DLCs in the future.
